Poster - Help Spain
Help Spain by The Artists' International Association, 1936.
The Artists’ International Association was formed in London in 1933 as a group of left-wing anti-fascist artists. By 1936 there were around a thousand members. The group actively supported the Spanish Republic through exhibitions and raising funds. This poster was produced to raise awareness of the bombing of civilians and to seek support and intervention from outside of Spain.
